By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site.

 Local Pickup Policy

• Pickup Only: All orders placed through this website are for Local Pickup Only at our store location in Saskatchewan. We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time.

• Pickup Timeline: Orders will be ready for pickup within 1-3  business days. 

• Ready for Pickup: You will receive an email notification once your order is processed and ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received this confirmation.

• Identification: For security, you may be asked to show your order confirmation and a piece of ID at the time of pickup.

• Abandoned Orders: Orders not picked up within 14 days of notification will be cancelled. A store credit will be issued, minus a 20% restocking fee

​Refund & Exchange Policy

• 7-Day Window: Non-edible items (Craft Supplies) may be returned for Exchange or Store Credit within 7 days of purchase. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.

• Condition: Items must be in the same condition as when bought: unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for resale.

• Edibles (Candies/Pop): All sales of candies, pop, and other edible products are Final Sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on taste preferences or change of mind.

• Sale Items: All clearance or discounted items are Final Sale.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

• Saskatchewan PST and Federal GST will be calculated and added at the time of checkout.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders if an item was listed incorrectly.

​Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display the colours and textures of our craft supplies accurately. However, due to dye lot variations and screen display differences, we cannot guarantee an exact match.

 

Statutory Rights (Saskatchewan)
In accordance with the Saskatchewan Consumer Protection and Business Practices Act:

• We will provide a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) for goods that are defective or do not match their description.

• You have the right to cancel your internet order if the goods are not available for pickup within 30 days of the promised date.

 

Limitation of Liability
Vivid Ink Studio  is not responsible for any allergic reactions to food products or injuries resulting from the use of craft tools. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and safety instructions provided by manufacturers.

 

Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.
