Return & Exchange Policy

7-Day Return Window

Eligible items may be returned for Exchange or Store Credit within 7 days of the original purchase date. We do not provide cash or credit card refunds.

Edible Products & Perishables (Final Sale)

For health, safety, and quality reasons, all sales of food and drink are final. This includes:

  • Candies, pop, snacks, and all other edible products.

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit for edible products based on taste preferences or change of mind.

Item Condition for Non-Edibles

For all other eligible items (non-food), returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is in the same condition as when it was bought (unused, unopened, and resaleable).

  • All original packaging and tags are intact.

  • The original sales receipt is provided.

Clearance & Sale Items

All items purchased on clearance or as part of a sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective Goods

We will provide a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if a product:

  • Is defective or has hidden damage.

  • Does not match its description.

  • Is not of acceptable quality or fit for its intended purpose.
